All three of our Health and Human Services programs offer a blend of administrative and direct client support skills. They are designed to help you prepare to provide entry-level services to a range of populations in need, including:

From Entry-Level to Leadership
Start or advance your career in HHS with Herzing. Our programs are designed to help you better serve your community at every level.
Diploma Program
With our diploma, you can build a base of professional skills for serving clients and transfer to our associate degree later.
Associate Degree
Our associate degree offers additional administrative knowledge for coordinating services, and you can transfer to the bachelor’s degree after graduation.
Bachelor’s Degree Program
Our bachelor’s degree program teaches additional leadership skills for directing and managing care programs. After graduation, you will be eligible to take the Human Services–Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) certification examination. You can also pursue credits toward a Herzing MBA or the Herzing Master of Social Work (MSW).

Is a Master’s Degree in Your Future?
Students in Herzing University's health and human services bachelor's degree program can get a head start on earning a master’s degree. Qualifying students could take up to 12 graduate credits toward our Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Social Work (MSW) while still an undergraduate. They can apply any graduate credits earned toward both their bachelor’s degree and chosen master’s option, saving time and money.
